It is with immense pride and purpose that I welcome you to Afridi College of Nursing, Peshawar (ACN)—a sanctuary for aspiring nurses where knowledge is nurtured, character is built, and excellence is not just encouraged but expected.
As a graduate of the prestigious Aga Khan University School of Nursing and Midwifery, where I earned my Master of Science in Nursing, I carry forward the legacy of academic rigor, ethical practice, and visionary leadership. With over 23 publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals, my journey through the realms of research and practice has been driven by a singular mission: to elevate the nursing profession through transformative education.
Nursing is no longer confined to bedside care; it is the backbone of a resilient healthcare system. In an era where global health challenges demand innovation, agility, and leadership, our role as educators is to equip future nurses not only with skills, but with a voice that influences policy, a mind that drives evidence-based practice, and a heart that leads with empathy.
At ACN, we are constructing more than a curriculum—we are cultivating a culture. My career has taken me through intensive care units, lecture halls, research conferences, and curriculum development committees. These experiences have ingrained in me a belief that true nursing education is a fusion of science, soul, and service. At ACN, we uphold this belief and translate it into every class, every clinical rotation, and every student interaction.
